FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An Ohio-based company plans on investing big in their factory in Fort Wayne.

The News-Sentinel reports the Dana Corporation will ask the Fort Wayne City Council tomorrow night for some tax incentives, including a 10-year $6.35-million tax abatement for a planned $90-million equipment upgrade at their axle plant on West State Boulevard.

The upgrade will also mean an additional 165 new jobs at the plant, paying a little more than $36,000 a year on average.

The equipment is set to be installed in August, with the new jobs being phased in over the next four years.
