FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Authorities now say a Fort Wayne man whose body was found in an alley earlier this week was murdered.

Police found 18-year-old Jose Razo-Rodriquez's body in a car in the 300 block of Kinnaird Avenue early Wednesday morning. Now the Allen County Coroner's office says he was shot to death, making him the 28th homicide this year in Allen County. 

The Allen County Prosecutor, the Coroner's Office, and the Fort Wayne Police Department are investigating.
