Demolition Set to Begin on the Ash Skyline Plaza/Skyline Terrace Project

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The demolition process is about to get underway on the Ash Skyline Plaza and Skyline Terrace development project.


The first phase of demolishing buildings is set to begin at 7:30 a.m., Thursday, at the site of the project. Crews will start the demolition process on Wayne Street and move west. It’s anticipated to take several days to complete.


The development is a $98 million public-private partnership, which includes a new national corporate headquarters for Ash Brokerage, a residential component led by Hanning & Bean Enterprises, retail space, and a 1,200 space publicly owned parking garage. The development is bordered by Wayne, Harrison, Berry, and Webster streets.
