Donald Trump joins Charly Butcher on WOWO

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): GOP front runner Donald Trump joined Charly Butcher on Fort Wayne’s Morning News on Monday morning.

The interview came before Indiana’s Primary on Tuesday. In the latest polls, Trump is leading the Hoosier state with 49 percent of the Republican vote, while Ted Cruz has 34 percent of the vote, according to an NBC News/Wall Stree Journal poll released on Sunday.

Trump held a rally in at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum on Sunday afternoon. The event drew thousands of fans.

“We had great energy,” Trump said to Butcher. “We were in Fort Wayne yesterday, among many other places, and that was an amazing crowd we had.”

During the interview, Trump also mentioned that he’s “had an amazing time in Indiana” and that “the whole system is somewhat rigged.”
