INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): VA Secretary Eric Shinseki resigned this morning amidst widespread troubles with veterans' health care. Senator Joe Donnelly later released a statement regarding the scandal. He says “Veterans deserve better than the bureaucratic nightmare they have faced in Phoenix,” and “His resignation alone will not solve this problem, because this isn’t just about one man-it is about a culture change”.
