JAY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):  All of the events at the Jay County Fair were cancelled for Tuesday due to heavy rainfall.

According to our Partners in News at 21Alive, the fairgrounds were flooded Tuesday, and the Trace Adkins concert is now scheduled for August 14th.

The Jay County Sheriff's Department said all rides at the county fair were closed Tuesday due to already high water.
