EDINBURGH, Ind. (AP) _ A former clerk-treasurer for a southern Indiana town has been sentenced to 48 months in prison for embezzling $2.1 million from an Edinburgh business where she worked.
 
  U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt also ordered 57-year-old Gail Greathouse to reimburse the company and serve three years of probation upon her release during Thursday’s sentencing hearing.
 
  Greathouse pleaded guilty in January to federal charges of wire fraud and filing false tax returns while working as an office manager and bookkeeper at LB Molds. 
 
  She told investigators she took the money between 2005 and 2010 to pay credit card bills, a relative’s college tuition and other expenses.
 
  Greathouse had served as the town clerk-treasurer of Elizabethtown since 1993.
