FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne fire crews were called to the scene of a heavy fire late last night. Firefighters got to the home on Goshen Avenue near W. State Boulevard before Midnight, and found heavy fire throughout the house. Flames had extended into the attic and outside walls. Crews got the fire under control in about 25 minutes. No one was home at the time, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
