INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): A Hartford City man is the latest winner in the Hoosier Lottery’s Cash 5 drawing.

Robert Taylor, a retired Jay County Schools teacher, matched all five numbers in the Oct. 5 drawing.

Taylor says he’ll pay off bills and hopefully have some left over for fun.

He purchased the ticket at John’s Service, a Hartford City gas station.
