Fort Wayne Company Campaigns to End Veteran Suicides

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne workout place is asking for your help in ending Veteran suicides.

Guerrilla CrossFit is owned by local Veteran Justin Springer. In addition to getting locals in shape, he's also been helping out Veterans in various ways, including fundraising.

For the month of May, he wants to raise $2,000 to a national organization whose focus is stopping Veteran suicides. 22 Veterans commit suicide every day nationwide.

You can contribute in three ways:

1. Buy American Guerrilla merchandise, with 20% of sales donated back to the campaign.

2. On May 25th at 10 am at Guerrilla CrossFit (158 East Collins Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46825) you can take part in a Memorial Day tradition by completing a workout. It is $10 to take part in the workout. Afterward there will be a BBQ and silent auction and they will have many of the items on their website available for purchase.

3. Donate directly to Stop Soldier Suicide.
