Fort Wayne Man Admits to Tax Fraud

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man admitted to making false tax returns and is now headed to prison.

49-year-old Kelvin Walker plead guilty in federal court yesterday to making fraudulent statements on tax returns for six different people in 2010 and 2011. According to the Journal Gazette, Walker will serve up to five years in prison and is no longer allowed to seek employment involving tax returns in the future.

He was also asked to pay more than $39,000 in restitution.
