FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The traffic fatalities in Allen County rose after a man died from injuries sustained in a 2003 crash.

Benjamin Kline, 23, of Fort Wayne died from complication of his injuries from a November 2003 automobile crash, which happened in the 2500 block of Minnich Road.

The cause of death was seizure disorder and the manner of death was ruled an accident.

He is the 31st traffic fatality in Allen County this year.
