FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A dump-truck carrying sand rolled-over on southbound I-69 on Thursday afternoon.

At about 2:55 p.m., the truck crashed near the Jefferson Boulevard exit. Avoid the area.

As of 3:12 p.m., INDOT is reporting all lanes are closed because of the crash.
