FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police say 26-year-old David Lacey was charged Wednesday with neglect of a dependent for leaving 2 children home alone for over an hour while he left to run errands, that according to The Journal Gazette. The 1-year-old and 2-year-old girls were discovered by maintenance employees who then called police. Reports say one of the children was lying in crumbled crackers wearing only a diaper, and that a horror movie was left on the television. Lacey told police he was only out for 15 minutes.
