FREMONT, Ind. (WOWO): A Fremont man was arrested Thursday after police say he had child porn.

Dominique Lynn Morton, 23, was arrested on charges of child exploitation, level 5 felony, and possession of child porn, level 6 felony, according to the Fremont Police Department. If convicted of both charges, he could spend up to 8 1/2 years in prison.

At about 12:30 p.m., Fremont Police Department officers served an arrest warrant on Morton. The arrest comes after an investigation in the charges.

He was sent to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.
