FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  It's official. The city's adding more police officers. Mayor Tom Henry and Chief Rusty York announced this morning plans to hire 20 new officers. But, there won't be an open application process. The city will use an established pool of applicants and have them in starting training in February and raduating in June. The screening process is expected to get underway this week.
