FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Ground was broken Thursday for Group Delphi’s new location off Zubrick and Silverado Roads. The company designs and produces exhibits for events, tradeshows, museums, and the retail marketplace. The more than $4 million expansion will create 68 new jobs by 2017. Group Delphi accepted a 10-year tax abatement, valued at over $2 million.
