FORT WAYNE, Ind.(WOWO): Fort Wayne’s 6th District Councilman thinks it is time for some new energy in the City Council.

That is how he started off his conversation with Charly Buther on Fort Wayne’s Morning News Tuesday morning.

Hines will be in his 20th year in the council and he says that he is convinced that this is the right decision.

Now while Hines is giving up his seat, he states that he is more than willing to assist any candidates in the process.
