INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Secretary of State Connie Lawson will be in the area this Wednesday. She will visit Jay County High School in Portland to talk to high school students about the importance of financial literacy. Then she will head to Adams County where she will speak with senior citizens at Woodcrest Senior Center in Decatur about protecting oneself from investment scams. Lawson will be at Jay County High School at 9:15 A.M. and Woodcrest Senior Center at 1:30 P.M.
