INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne company has settled a lawsuit over contracted snow removal.

Fort Wayne Snow Removal will refund more than $36 hundred dollars to 17 clients. The company accepted money, but did not provide in service within 60 days. The Indiana Attorney General's office says the company will not be allowed to provide snow removal service.
