ANDERSON, Ind. (AP) – A central Indiana doctor is being accused of trading prescription drugs for sexual favors from patients.

The Herald Bulletin (http://bit.ly/1FCp3yI ) reports Pendleton physician Dr. Eric Jones faces 30 counts of charges relating to illegally dealing in controlled substances.

The 45-year-old is also facing two misdemeanor counts of voyeurism on accusations he videotaped patients while having sex with them at his office.

Jones was arrested in October on allegations he illegally prescribed drugs. Deputy prosecutor Jeff Lockwood says investigators have since gone through computers that revealed new information. Authorities say text messages were also found.

The new charges were filed Thursday. An affidavit says one patient told investigators she had sexual encounters with Jones multiple times, and he left prescriptions for her such as Hydrocodone and Valium.

An attorney for Jones declined to comment.
