INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Another event will bring government leaders from around the state to Fort Wayne

Hundreds of Indiana mayors and other municipal leaders will converge on Fort Wayne September 9-11, for the annual Indiana Association of Towns and Cities Convention at the Grand Wayne Center.

Jennifer Simmons, the deputy director of IACT says, despite the size differences, cities and towns largely experience the same issues. Its a way to celebrate good ideas and share how they do business.

With more than a dozen workshop, attendees will brainstorm, discover new ideas and interact with other officials across the state.
