FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — The Indiana Secured School Safety Board said Tuesday that they will distribute $27 million to school safety initiatives across the state, which is $3 million more than last year.
The vast majority of the money will be going to school resource officers.
Less than $14,000 is going to bullying prevention programs, but a little more than $1 million was given to student and parent support services.
