FORT WAYNE, IN. (WOWO): Indiana Tech is planning on renovations totaling $6.9 million to the Cunningham Business Center, which is located on the northwest corner of Anthony and Maumee. 

According to the Journal-Gazette, the three story building has stood since 1952, which is when the school started. 

Renovations have already begun and the building will be re-opened in January of next year. 

New computer labs, media production facilities, and upgraded classrooms will be installed.
