Indiana woman indicted in Williams County Fatal Hit-Skip

DEFIANCE, Ohio (WOWO): A Butler woman has been indicted for a fatal hit-and-run crash that happened last February in Williams County.

23-year-old Cassandra Stickney has been charged with failure to stop after an accident and vehicular manslaughter. Police say she hit a bicyclist along US Route 6 and kept driving.

Keith Brown of Williams County was dead by the time police arrived. The Butler Police Department in Indiana and the Indiana State Police Investigative Section assisted with the investigation, evidence collection and the indictment.
