Police say friends of the inmate came up with the plan while visiting the guy in jail and talking to him on the phone. They were to provide tools for the break out, weapons, cash, and a get-away car. Troopers are not saying whether or not they have arrsted the scheemers, or whether or not additional charges will be filed against the inmate.
