Residents are prohibited from unnecessary travel through the storm damaged areas of the city. Damage assessment teams, utility workers and cleanup crews need access to the roads leading to and from the storm damaged areas. City leaders urge everyone to travel with caution as crews continue removing debris from streets and sidewalks.
