Man Arrested After Good Samaritan Robbed

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – A man is under arrest, accused of taking advantage of a good Samaritan.  The Journal Gazette says 23-year-old Devon Draughan is charged with robbery and criminal confinement after he allegedly threatened a woman with a metal pipe, tied her up and robbed her.  This after she allowed him to rest on her porch and use her phone back on May 7th.  Investigators reportedly linked Draughan to the scene through fingerprints that were found on a soda bottle.  He was being held in the Allen County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
