FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A city man is in custody in connection to a shooting last summer.

Quinn James is charged attempted murder and aggravated battery on for an incident on Standish Drive and Fairfax Avenue last July.

Members of the FWPD’s Gang and Violent Crimes unit and vice officers corralled James Friday at a home on Gaywood Drive.

With the aid of a search warrant, authorities found a pair of semi-automatic rifles and a shotgun.They also uncovered drugs including marijuana and cocaine.

Other federal agents, including the FBI and ATF were involved.
