KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A North Manchester man is in custody for allegedly licking a woman in her sleep.

24-yea-old Noah Emmanuel Akins is facing one count of felony rape and one count of felony sexual battery.

He was arrested after allegedly licking a woman in her sleep inappropriately over the weekend. According to a probable cause affidavit, the woman awoke and started screaming and kicking Akins and told him to leave.

Akins claims he only shook the woman's leg to wake her and let her know that her son's car was parked at his residence.

Akins was arrested Sunday morning and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail with a  $30,000 bond.
