FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man has been ordered to serve four years in prision.

Forty-three year old Jeffrey Grabner was sentenced Wednesday for battery causing injury to a pregnant woman a felony and invasion of privacy.

According to the News-Sentinel, Grabner was arguing with a woman, when her daughter attempted to stop the quarrel. That's when the man pulled by hair causing her to tumble down the stairs.

Then he slapped, punch, and kicked her. Court documents say the woman was seven months pregnant, which was visibly evident.
