WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): It's an 18 year sentence for a Kosciusko County man. Twenty-six year-old Juan Carlos Alvarado was sentenced for a February stabbing at a Leesburg Mobile Home Park.

The Kosciusko Circuit Court judge handed down the term, but suspended four years and gave Alvarado credit for time already served.

In the plea deal, Alvardo admitted to stabbing 39-year old Ruben Enciso at the Suburban Acres Mobile Home park. Charges of attempted murder were dropped.
