ALBION, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man has been ordered to spend three years in prison for moving a body from a crime scene.

Thirty-two year old Victor Gonzalez pleaded guilty to helping his brother move the body of 36-year-old Erin Justin from a home in Fort Wayne and then disposing of the body in Noble County's Bartley Lake in 2011.

His brother, 35-year-old Andres Gonzalez is awaiting trial for the murder. A judge in the case says the trial should be held in Allen County were the death allegedly happened.

The Noble County Prosecutor has appealed that decision. The Indiana Court of Appeals has yet to rule.
