WASHINGTON (WOWO): A nationwide recall has been issued for Nara Organics baby formula following reports of infant botulism in three babies.

The FDA says infants in California, Pennsylvania, and Washington became ill after consuming the powdered formula, which was sold at Target stores and online.

Health officials are urging parents to stop using the product immediately and monitor infants for symptoms of botulism, including poor feeding, weakness, and breathing problems.

Investigators say the product has been linked to a multistate outbreak, and the investigation is ongoing.
