New City Signs are Coming in Under Budget

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Today the city announced that bids for the new wayfinding signs are 100 thousand dollars under the original three hundred thousand dollar estimate, which will save money on the construction and installation. A project budget of two hundred thousand dollars will be introduced to City Council tonight. The signs are a Legacy Fort Wayne project and will be placed throughout the city. Each sign will provide directions to major destinations frequented by out-of-town visitors.
