NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): After learning the Fort Wayne Police Department banned Texas based company GWE, LLC from selling items door-to-door, the New Haven Police Department doing the same and asking its citizens to report any activity from this organization should they come to New Haven.

GWE, LLC has not applied for a permit through the City of New Haven and based off of information and complaints about “aggressive” sales tactics in Fort Wayne, New Haven officials say, the company will not be issued such a permit.

Earlier this week New Haven Police received a few calls about solicitors in the area, but those solicitors were not located.  If any New Haven Resident is solicited by GWE, LLC they are asked to call the New Haven Police at 748-7080.
