Noble, Steuben among counties getting $80-million in INDOT grants

NOBLE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Noble and Steuben Counties are getting millions of dollars in grant money from the Indiana Department of Transportation for road and bridge projects.

According to an INDOT press release, the grants are part of nearly $80-million going to 64 cities, towns and counties across Indiana for road and bridge improvements, plus sidewalks and trails.

Combined with local funds, almost $135-million is going to infrastructure in the counties receiving funds. That includes $1.7-million for a bridge replacement in Noble County and $2.1-million for rebuilding County Road 200 North in Steuben County.
