NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. (WOWO): An investigation by the Indiana State Police has lead to the arrest of 21 year old Kestrel Little of North Manchester.

Little faces three felony counts for child molestation. The investigation started in Wabash County when child services learned a 13 year old Wabash County girl had been possibly sexually abused. The acts allegedly happened on multiple occasions between November and December of last year.
