FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Its a bittersweet end to one of Fort Wayne's tastiest destinations.
Abby Brown's Candy Shoppe will close next month. According to the store's Facebook page, they'll close August 8 with contents being sold August 15.
Katie Poore has been a part of the north side neighborhood store for 39 years, she told the Journal-Gazette its simply time to move on after her husband, Daniel, died a few years ago.
