Ohio AG Vs Federal Judge

OHIO, (WOWO) — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has filed an appeal to overturn a block on a 2023 Parental Consent Law.

If he’s successful – Social Media and online gaming companies will be required to verify a users age – and secure parental consent for those under 16.

WTOL reports that lawmakers specifically designed the law to protect kids from harm following a public health advisory.
