Pickup truck crashes into Tippecanoe River in Kosciusko County

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A pickup drove off the roadway and into the Tippecanoe River in Kosciusko County early Monday morning.

It happened a little after 2 a.m. near Fox Farm Road and County Road 150 West. Officers arrived and found a pickup truck that had went into the Tippecanoe River near the bridge.

Three people were standing in the bed of the vehicle. Divers rescued the three.

The driver of the truck, identified as Jazmin Cielo, 22, of Pierceton, is facing an initial charge of being an operator never licensed. She is currently being held on a $500 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.

The other two passengers were also cleared by medics at the scene and reportedly were uninjured.
