Police Identify Body Found in Rural Indiana Area

KENNARD, Ind. (AP) _ State police say an autopsy has identified the body found over the weekend in rural central Indiana as that of an Indianapolis man.
 
Police say the death of 23-year-old Zackery Soots is being investigated as a homicide but didn't give reasons for that determination.
 
Police say Soots' body was spotted Sunday evening by a person walking along a rural road near the Henry County town of Kennard, about 25 miles east of Indianapolis.
 
State police and Henry County investigators are requesting information about Soots and his last know whereabouts.
