FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police have identified the type of car that was involved in a fatality crash last month.
42-year-old Rufus Overbay Jr. died in the hospital after a crash on East State Boulevard near Crescent Avenue on December 16th.
According to the Journal Gazette, police were able to use surveillance video to determine that a 1998 to 2004 four-door Buick Regal, likely hit Overbay.
Video taken from a nearby store the night of the crash shows that the Buick was a cashmere metallic color- a style that was only available on 2004 models.
