FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department has released the name of a shooting victim. 22-year-old Jordan Lee Calland, of Fort Wayne, is last reported to be in critical condition. He was shot on Saturday on East Paulding Road, near Hessen Cassel. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
