Police Snipers Justified in Fatal Shooting

FORT WAYNE (WOWO): No charges will filed in a fatal police action shooting in March.The Allen County Prosecutors office has ruled that police snipers were justified in using deadly force in the shooting of 45-year-old Kenneth Knight in March 20. Knight held a 3-year-old boy hostage for hours in a home on Holten Avenue. He was also believed to have shot and killed 49-Jacqueline Hardy just after pulling her off a city bus that same day.
