FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): Allen County residents who receive a jury duty notice will soon be able to use a phone app to fill out an online questionnaire to help determine if they’re selected. According to reports, Allen Superior Court plans to test the use of quick-response codes to communicate with potential jurors.
