PUTNAM COUNTY, OHIO (WOWO) – Ohio State Police continue investigating a fatal crash in Putnam County.

Highway patrol found a minivan on the side of Road 23-Q, and the driver, 79-year-old Victor Fischbach was pronounced dead at the scene.

Initial reports state the man suffered no apparent injuries, and police are waiting on an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
