LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Security changes coming to the LaGrange County Courthouse in June will make it more complicated to get inside, but officials say the changes will make the building safer for everyone.

The courthouse will have security officers and metal detectors when the courthouse opens Monday, June 6, according to the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Office.

People entering the courthouse will have to enter through the west side of the building because all other doors will be secured and alarmed.

Weapons, food and electronic devices won’t be allowed inside the courthouse
