Steuben County manufacturer adds seven jobs

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): A Steuben County manufacturer, Univertical, will create seven new jobs and invest $1.2 million on new equipment.

The project will get a seven-year tax abatement, which was approved by the Angola City Council, according to the Journal Gazette.

According to the company’s website, Univertical makes anodes, chemicals and cyanides that are used around the world.

The company currently employs 74 people and the average annual wage is $53,600, the Journal Gazette reports.
