STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents of a flasher that’s been spotted around the area. 

Last week, Steuben County police got a call about a man exposing himself to two women walking near CR 450 W near Landis Rd.  Detectives have launched a full investigation and have learned that the suspect is a white, thin man who is between 20 and 40 years old, with dark hair. 

He’s driving an old white van with a square back.  There’s also black trim around the van windows.
